Qualifications

  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Job description

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Engineer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact across our diverse pub property portfolio. From charming pubs to bustling spaces, you will be the go‑to expert for all things maintenance‑plumbing, joinery, plastering, decorating, and more. You will work directly with and support our teams, tenants, and customers, helping create safe, welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections and repairs across multiple trades
  • Respond to work orders via our CAFM system
  • Ensure properties meet safety and presentation standards
  • Support and mentor a maintenance apprentice
  • Collaborate with property managers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and keep your company van stocked and ready
  • Be a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for keeping properties safe, functional, and looking their best; thrive in a role where no two days are the same
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property maintenance or building services
  • Multi‑skilled across trades like plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrics
  • NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications (preferred)
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
