Property Maintenance Engineer – GEDU Global Education

Department: Facilities

Role: The Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer will maintain, install and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio. They will monitor building condition, undertake repairs and renovations, and assist Estates & Facilities in planning refurbishment projects. This role may require travel to other GBS UK campuses and flexible working.

Working hours: 40‑hour week, covering campus operations Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 9:30pm, occasional out‑of‑hours.

Experience and Skills Required

• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems
• Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques
• A flexible and proactive approach with a “can do” attitude
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for equipment and chemicals
• Interpersonal skill and ability to work independently as well as part of the facilities wider team
• Full, Clean Driving License
