We are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Consultant for our Salisbury team. The role will entail having your own case load and pro‑actively managing the security and care of vacant residential properties across the UK. Responsible for seeking resolution to a variety of maintenance related issues, from burst pipes, roof leaks, break‑ins, health and safety issues or minor cosmetic works required to aid the presentation and security of a property for marketing purposes.
