Austen Lloyd Limited is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-6 years PQE) to join a leading disputes team in Kent. You will handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters for landlords, developers, and commercial occupiers, providing strategic advice and strong advocacy.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years' PQE in property litigation or related area.
• Strong experience in commercial landlord and tenant work.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach to disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise landlords and tenants on contested lease matters (arrears, renewals, dilapidations, covenants).
• Handle possession claims and other contentious issues affecting property ownership and occupation.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients on complex disputes with strong advocacy and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support case strategy and outcomes.
