• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property disputes for landlords, tenants, investors and retailers.
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, and recovery of possession.
• Manage cases arising from development, planning litigation, and related matters.
• Provide guidance to junior solicitors and contribute to departmental growth.
