Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disagreements, lease renewals and possession proceedings
• Provide clear, strategic advice tailored to clients\' needs
• Draft, negotiate and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and first-class service delivery
• Play a key role in the continued development of the team and wider practice

Requirements

• Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years\' PQE in property litigation
