Service Care Legal are working with a chambers recommended and leading legal 500 law firm that is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their thriving disputes team.

The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious property matters, including:

• Landlord & tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
• Lease forfeiture, dilapidations, and disrepair claims
• Rights of way, boundary, and access disputes
• Party wall and easement issues
• Breach of contract and co-ownership disputes
• Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 4 years’ PQE with strong experience in property litigation
• Confident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong business development skills and the ability to cultivate client relationships
• A collaborative team player who can also operate independently

Working Arrangements - During the probation period, you’ll be office-based to integrate with the team and gain familiarity with systems and processes. Once passed, you’ll have the flexibility to work hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
