The Role:

Property Litigation Solicitor (Hornchurch)

  • Run your own caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, including: right to manage & enfranchisement (especially large blocks), lease extensions, boundary disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations, break notices.
  • Provide high‑quality advice and representation, delivering practical, client‑focused solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development: networking, marketing, and generating referrals — helping to grow and sustain the department’s success.

  • An experienced property‑litigation solicitor, capable of managing your own matters with suitable supervision.
  • Strong in the technical aspects of property litigation — particularly RTM/enfranchisement, leasehold issues, disputes over boundaries, landlord/tenant matters etc.
  • Excellent communicator: able to engage with clients, counsel, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • A client‑first approach and desire to build long‑term relationships.
