Job summary

Hodge Jones & Allen LLP in London seeks a detail-oriented Dispute Resolution Senior Paralegal to run an own caseload of property litigation and property dispute work, with some general civil litigation. You will meet your own fees and time targets while working from our Central London offices.

The role requires at least 6 months paralegal experience in civil litigation with property dispute exposure, and experience with funding arrangements including private, Legal Aid CFA and LEI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paralegal experience in a general/civil litigation department with property dispute experience
• Experience with funding arrangements including private, Legal Aid CFA and LEI
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload (under supervision) of predominantly property litigation and property dispute work
• Handle general civil litigation alongside property matters
• Meet own fees and time targets
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Conduct legal research and prepare documentation
