The role involves managing a talented group consisting of a senior associate and a junior solicitor while handling a portfolio of high-profile clients in commercial property litigation. Our client is a mid-market commercial firm, longestablishedin theHomeCounties and London, with a loyal real estate client base. Their head of real estate disputes has moved on to a management role so there is a vacancy for a partner to lead the existing team.
The team currently consists ofa very goodsenior associate and junior solicitor, so they need an established partner to take the lead and run the team.
The diet of work ispredominantly commercialreal estate disputes, local and national, and clients include high profile retailers.
Candidatesshouldbe existingpartners for this role, as there is a good senior associatein situ. So, this role will be suitable for an existing partnerwith the gravitas to managea small team and who can steerthe practice.
This role sits within the wider dispute resolution team, reporting toa senior equity partner with avibrantcross borderpractice,a preeminentreputationand a flexible approach to management.You'llalso work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, a leading individual in their field with a loyal investor and retail client base.
