Property Litigation Partner - Social Housing I

Leeds City Centre | Hybrid Working | Market-Leading Practice

A leading London and Leeds-based practice is seeking a Partner to head up their thriving 15-strong property litigation team in Leeds.

The Team

You'll lead a well-established team comprising 3 Senior Associates, 2 Associates, 1 Solicitor, 1 Trainee Solicitor, plus paralegals and support staff. The wider property litigation group is just under 100 lawyers nationwide and is the firm's largest practice group.

The Work

The team has built a market-leading reputation in social housing litigation, representing over 200 registered providers alongside private and corporate clients.

About You
  • 10+ years PQE in property litigation
  • Currently at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to make the step up
  • Passionate about developing and mentoring junior lawyers
  • A following isn't necessary, though market contacts would be beneficial
