• Document Review: Ability to review leases, transfers, and other property‑related documents with accuracy.
• Specialist Knowledge: Familiarity with the Building Safety Act 2022 is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims.
• Skills: Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and strong team collaboration.
