The successful candidate will work on a variety of disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, and will be responsible for their own caseload. Qualifications

  • 3 or more years’ PQE in Property Litigation.
  • Ability to handle complex and high-value disputes.

  • Manage all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Handle development disputes.
  • Resolve disputes relating to land including easements and restrictive covenants.

Commercial law firm in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a Property Litigation lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team enjoys a formidable reputation both locally and nationally. The quality of the team’s client base is impressive and the team is proud to count a number of the region’s largest businesses as clients, as well as acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally, including several household-name corporates. The team’s specialisms and breadth of work is wide and you will work alongside more senior members of the team on larger, higher value complex disputes/projects, as well as running your own caseload of smaller matters.

Typical work includes:

  • All aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Development disputes
  • Disputes relating to land, including easements, restrictive covenants and rights to light.
