Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in client accounts within a Property Management department.
• Experience with client accounting software, preferably Reapit.
• Ability to work accurately within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Management of rent charges, receiving rent and paying landlords.
• Preparing year-end accounts and audits.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants.
