Location: Maidstone – County Gate / London, Corsica Street

Salary: £45,174 to £62,107 per annum (National salary) / £48,932 to £67,358 per annum (London salary)

Hours: 36 hours per wee k

Contract Type: Fixed term contract for 12 months

We’re seeking a Property Lawyer to provide high quality legal advice and representation on property related matters and other legal matters to all internal clients within Clarion.

You will undertake freehold and leasehold (residential) conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to, the drafting of property related transactional documents.

To apply you must be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner and/or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
