Placements24 is assisting a leading real estate and legal services provider in Randburg to hire an expert Property Law Specialist. You will manage all legal aspects of property transactions, provide advice to clients and internal teams, and ensure compliance across acquisitions, disposals, leases and developments.

The ideal candidate is admitted as an attorney with Property Law specialization, at least 6 years’ experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, and portfolio management skills.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a specialization in Property Law.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property law practice.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing, sectional title schemes, and commercial leases.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for property-related contracts.
• Proven ability to manage complex property portfolios and transactions.
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
