Job summary

Taylor Rose is recruiting property specialists for a flexible consultancy. You can work from home or at offices nationwide, earning a share of your billing up to 75%, with strong support and access to lender panels.

Ideal candidates are Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property across private or public sectors. You control clients, fees, hours and volume of work.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in property.
• Experience in residential or commercial property across private/public sectors.
• Ability to operate on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis.

Responsibilities

• Join Taylor Rose as a property consultancy specialist and manage your own client base.
• Advise on residential and commercial property matters for diverse clients.
• Develop your work and earnings while contributing to firm-wide objectives.
• Collaborate with the liaison team and access nationwide resources.
