This role involves establishing and managing relationships with property investors to help them reach their financial goals. The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing, and while property experience is a plus, comprehensive training will be provided. The Role
You will work closely with both new and existing property investors to help them achieve their financial objectives, securing new business and managing existing connections. You will be a solid people-person and possess the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. An aptitude and passion for a career in sales is required. Whilst experience in property would be welcome it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Our team are talented and we’ll always seek to promote from within; an exciting prospect for individuals who are keen to develop within the property sector and progress throughout their career. We have grown from 20 to 120 employees in just over 2 years, demonstrating our ability to expand and develop. We continue to create a number of Team Leader and Management positions as we grow for the right people.
The Rewards
There is a lucrative commission structure in place where the average Consultant earns between £30,000 and £50,000 per year. Our top earners are taking home in excess of £65,000.
