Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or property sales.

  • Knowledge of buy‑to‑let property.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from multiple marketing channels.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, meeting daily KPIs.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client investment needs.
  • Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements.
  • Confidently manage objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Build and maintain trust with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Occasionally meet clients face to face when required.

Specialising in property investment sales across the UK, the company works closely with developers to present exclusive off‑plan investment opportunities to both UK and international investors.

In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, helping them grow their investment portfolios through buy‑to‑let properties. You'll be at the heart of the sales process – advising clients, managing enquiries, and closing deals.
