A leading local authority in Manchester is hiring for a full-time Property Inspections Manager responsible for overseeing quality and safety in temporary accommodation properties. Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week.
Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent.

The Property Inspections Team is a rapidly growing part of Manchester City Council’s homelessness services, responsible for ensuring that all temporary accommodation properties supplied through the Dispersed (TC504) framework and Capital Lease Temporary Accommodation schemes meet the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS). You will manage an area of properties, keeping inspections up to date, ensuring repairs are completed within the required timeframe, resolving risks and coordinating with providers and landlords to safeguard vulnerable families.
