Overview

Property Finance Manager - Join Barnardo's Finance Operations Team.

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for property operations and service improvement?

In this role, you will join our fast paced Finance Operations team as our Property Finance Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Property Finance Administrators
  • Oversee end-to-end property finance processes, including:
    • Rental income and payments
    • Utilities, service charges, and rates
    • Supplier billing and invoice consolidation
    • Journal entries and master data management
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Property, Finance, Retail, and Children's Services
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as landlords, managing agents, and auditors
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems and processes
  • Support the Head of Finance Operations and Manager - Finance Processing and Controls in embedding a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation
