Job summary

The Coal Authority in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to join our Mining Remediation Authority and help manage a diverse land portfolio supporting projects that protect people, communities and the environment across Great Britain.

You will lead on land acquisitions, disposals, lease management and property transactions, providing expert advice and practical solutions while coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, land or estate management.
• Strong knowledge of property transactions and legislations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage complex property issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Membership of, or progress towards, a relevant professional body.
