An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor to join the highly regarded Property Disputes team of a Top 30 UK law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role will suit a Property Disputes Solicitor with experience advising on property development disputes, rights to light and complex neighbourly matters, who is looking to undertake sophisticated work for a high-quality client base.

The Role:

Working as part of an established and collaborative Property Disputes team, you will advise on a broad range of complex property litigation matters, with a particular focus on:

• Rights to light
• Complex neighbourly issues
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Real property matters
• Dispute avoidance, risk mitigation and contentious matters

The team acts for an impressive client base including major developers, investors, institutional landlords and occupiers, offering exposure to high-quality and technically complex work.

About You

The firm is ideally looking to appoint at Senior Associate level, although lawyers with slightly more or less experience will also be considered.

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience gained within a recognised and respected Property Litigation / Property Disputes practice
• A strong background handling complex property disputes
• Experience in property development matters
• Previous rights to light experience
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• A commercial and client-focused approach
