Job summary

Confidential in London seeks a Property Disputes Paralegal on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Property Disputes and Contentious Trusts and Estates teams.

You will assist with electronic disclosure, drafting, and preparing court bundles, plus conduct legal research. A law degree with litigation experience is needed, property disputes experience is preferred. The role requires 5 days in office and great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and litigation experience.
• Property disputes experience is highly preferable.
• Strong organisation and excellent written and spoken communication skills; able to work autonomously and in a team.

Property Disputes Paralegal full service London based law firm 12 month FTC

The successful candidate will provide support across the Property Disputes and Contentious Trusts and Estates teams.

Some of the duties will include:

• Assisting with electronic disclosure
• Legal drafting
• Preparing court bundles
• Legal research

To be considered, candidates must have a law degree, with previous litigation experience, precious experience in property disputes is highly preferable. Candidates should be well organised with excellent attention to detail, strong written and spoken communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
