Location: Manchester

Work pattern: Hybrid

Level: Solicitor or Legal Executive Associate to Senior Associate

Join a nationally recognised commercial insurance litigation team in Manchester, working on multi-million-pound property damage disputes for leading insurer and corporate clients. This is a high-impact role offering complex work, career progression, and genuine flexibility.

The opportunity

Due to increased instructions from key insurer clients, the team is expanding. You’ll:

• Lead on high-value property damage claims (fire, flood, chemical, construction, environmental)
• Manage subrogated recoveries, coverage disputes and liability claims
• Collaborate with colleagues across Manchester, Birmingham and London
• Contribute to client development and strategic growth initiatives

Experienced candidates wanted

We’re seeking experienced litigators with a strong technical foundation and commercial mindset:

• 3+ years’ PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Background in property damage, insurance litigation or subrogated recoveries
• Commercial litigation experience also welcomed
