Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Solicitor to join its Property Team in the United Kingdom. We welcome candidates with 2+ years PQE in commercial property or residential conveyancing who can handle a broad range of property matters with diligence and client focus.

You will advise on purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers, negotiate missives, registrations, leases, and associated securities, and support on share and asset sale agreements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in commercial property or residential conveyancing.
• Experience advising on purchase, sale, remortgage and transfer of property.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on purchase, sale, remortgage and transfer of residential and/or commercial property.
• Negotiating missives.
• Attending to registration of title and voluntary registrations.
• Negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
• Advising on all aspects of commercial and/or agricultural conveyancing.
• Negotiating Share and Asset purchase and sale agreements.
• Shareholder & Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements.
• Commercial fixed and floating securities.
