Job summary

Timberwise is seeking Property Care Technicians to join our expanding team. Based to cover Hertfordshire, you will perform damp and timber treatments, waterproofing and joinery tasks, while delivering high-quality plastering work and outstanding customer service on each project.

You’ll travel across the Hertfordshire area, uphold Timberwise values, and contribute to our family-run culture. We value practical skills such as plastering/joinery, a valid CSCS card, and an NVQ Level 2 (or

Qualifications

• Proven plastering and/or joinery skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to plan and manage workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
• Preservation industry experience desired; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damp and timber treatments including dry rot, woodworm and damp proofing.
• Carry out waterproofing installations and associated first and second fix joinery work.
• Complete general plastering tasks as required.
• Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent Timberwise professionally on every project.
