  • Manage the full transaction life cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all lettings regulations and internal processes.
  • Manage all property administration, including client and customer documents.
  • Negotiate sales deals.
  • Provide landlords with feedback from viewings and market advice.
  • Identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing properties combined with a sales background, as it's within the sales and lettings team. THE ROLE
