About the role

Dorset Innovation Park is entering an exciting new chapter. As Dorset’s only Enterprise Zone and home to a growing cluster of advanced engineering, defence, energy and marine businesses, the Park is now forming a new arm’s-length company to drive its next phase of growth. We are looking for a Property & Asset Manager who can help shape this future.

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the Park’s land and property portfolio, ensuring it is well‑maintained, commercially effective and positioned to support innovation, inward investment and high‑quality job creation.

You’ll oversee contracts, manage estates partners, negotiate leases, market available space and work closely with tenants to ensure the site continues to operate to a high standard. You will also play a key part in the Park’s long‑term vision, contributing to financial modelling, future development plans and business cases for new investment.

About you:

We are looking for someone with strong commercial property experience, ideally gained within a complex or mixed‑use environment, and confidence managing contracts, leases and supplier relationships. You’ll bring a good understanding of commercial property markets and legislation, combined with the ability to build productive relationships with tenants, contractors, investors and public‑sector partners. RICS membership or an equivalent qualification is essential.
