Job summary

Accent Group Limited is recruiting a Property Appraisal Officer to shape the future of our housing portfolio. Hybrid role based in Bradford or Peterborough, 35 hours per week, salary £42,418 per year, permanent.

You will perform detailed financial modelling and assess the performance of properties and portfolios, providing evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders to maximise value for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Financial modelling and business case development.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Asset appraisal or investment evaluation.
• Producing recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Working with large and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance and viability of individual properties and larger portfolios.
• Inform the direction around investment and reinvestment opportunities.
• Recommend property improvements and major repairs.
• Contribute to redevelopment projects and long-term asset value for money.
• Develop disposal strategies.
