A healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Property Administrator to manage onsite residential accommodation. Responsibilities include issuing tenancy documents, managing budgets, and compliance auditing. Property Administrator
Band 4 – 37.5 hours per week
2 years fixed term / Secondment opportunity
• Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise workload.
• An eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Experience with accommodation management and key systems highly desirable.
