Job summary

A leading property maintenance company based in Borehamwood is looking for an Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and prior experience in similar roles. Key responsibilities include processing payments, managing customer queries, and liaising with solicitors. Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Background in administration/customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Banking cheques and verifying batches.
  • Process BACS payments and direct debits.
  • Handle various customer calls including complaints.
  • Liaise with solicitors and mortgage companies.
  • Arrange payment plans with leaseholders.

Our client, a well-established Property maintenance company based in an amazing office in Borehamwood requires an Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Banking cheques/verifying batches
  • BACS payments
  • Dealing with all genres of calls in regards
  • Dealing with complaints via letter/email
  • Direct debit process - set up/cancellations/queries/collection
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Liaising with mortgage companies re breaches of leases
  • Arranging payment plans with leaseholders.
  • Referral files to solicitors for further arrears recovery.
  • Preparing ground rent conveyancing packs
  • Fees letters & emails
  • Any other work as assigned by the manager
About You
  • A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience within a similar role and environment
  • Have a background in administration/customer service
