Overview

Quintons are a leading firm of independent Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial property within West Berkshire, and a national portfolio of clients. They employ RICS registered valuers and provide advice on sales, lettings, valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals (landlord and tenant) of offices, shops, industrial/warehouse units and sites, commercial development land and residential land.

We're looking for a Property Administrator to join our busy team of surveyors, providing essential administrative support and helping to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

As part of our professional and friendly team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting both valuation and agency functions, and managing your own portfolio of commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Visit properties to conduct inspections and take meter readings
  • Collate and produce inspection reports
  • Resolve client enquiries professionally and timely
  • Notify and/or deal with maintenance work is required
  • Assist with the production of Red Book Valuation Reports and Opinion on Marketing Reports, including audio typing and document assembly
  • Prepare day-to-day correspondence for the Director
  • Raise invoices for clients, maintaining accurate records on Excel
  • Issue monthly and quarterly property invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain and implement an effective filing and records management system
About You
  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a professional manner
  • Full UK driving license
