A leading property management company is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their Property Transfer & Legal Administration team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This office-based position offers competitive salary, 24 holiday days plus Bank Holidays, and additional perks like a day off for your birthday. Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.

Position Details
  • Role: Legal Administrator (Known internally as Property Transfer Administrator)
  • Location: Office based, Ringwood
  • Hours: 37 hours per week

Due to the success and growth at Churchill Estates Management, we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer & Legal Administration team.

You will be an organised individual with excellent communication and reading skills and a great eye for detail. You must be a team-player, flexible in your approach to work, with a willingness to observe, listen and learn, ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities within the team.

You will work in a timely and efficient manner, managing a number of tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload.

Your standard of English language and numeracy skills will be to a minimum of GCSE Level C / 5 and your experience of using MS Office applications, including Excel, ideally to an intermediate level, is essential. Ideally from a Higher education legal background but this is non-essential.
