We are delighted to share an excellent opportunity with our client, who is seeking a Property Administration Assistant to join their highly regarded Registered Providers (Social Housing Property) Team in their Exeter office.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), based fully onsite. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to a busy property team, helping to ensure the smooth running of client matters and internal processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • File management and general administrative support
  • Assisting with Land Registry applications and post-completion tasks
  • Conducting property searches
  • Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career within legal or property administration.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, well‑organised, and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team environment. A strong focus on client care is essential. Previous experience in a legal or property setting would be an advantage, though not essential.
