Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end acquisition transactions ensuring timely progression from offer to completion.
• Coordinate all funding application requirements with brokers, lenders, valuers, and internal teams.
• Oversee conveyancing across multiple purchases working closely with solicitors, surveyors, and sellers.
• Maintain a detailed transaction tracker and provide weekly progress updates.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes and workflows.
