A transportation authority based in Manchester is seeking a Property Acquisition Case Manager for a 12-month FTC. This role involves liaising with legal and valuation suppliers to ensure land acquisition and maintaining property records. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in customer service. National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Property Acquisition Case Manager to join our Property & Compensation division within Major projects.
This role will support the Property Acquisition Team's work in ensuring that the land and rights required for the scheme are acquired and that related costs are paid promptly and appropriately in accordance with legislation, policy, and the compensation code.
The A66 Northern Trans-Pennine upgrade will involve transforming this key cross-country route into a continuous dual carriageway, linking the M6 at Penrith to the A1(M) at Scotch Corner.
Please note this position is for a 12 month FTC and will be based from our Manchester office.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
