AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator / CDE Administrator to join our Asset & Information Management team in Manchester. You will manage Bentley ProjectWise environments, configure users, permissions and project structures across large infrastructure projects.
This role offers exposure to workflows, data migration, and guidance to project teams, with training and progression opportunities within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.
AtkinsRéalis is looking for a ProjectWise Administrator / CDE Administrator to join our Asset & Information Management team. We are looking for someone with existing hands‑on experience of Bentley ProjectWise and Common Data Environment (CDE) administration who is ready to take the next step in their career. You may already be working as a ProjectWise Administrator, CDE Administrator, EDMS Administrator or in a similar information management role and be looking to broaden your experience across larger and more complex infrastructure projects. You will join an established team of information management, CDE and digital specialists, working across ProjectWise and a broader range of project technologies. The role provides the opportunity to build on your existing technical capability, work alongside experienced specialists and develop a wider understanding of how information, engineering and digital systems support project delivery.
As a ProjectWise Administrator / CDE Administrator, you will:
Practical experience administering Bentley ProjectWise within a live project or organisational environment. Experience configuring and maintaining users, permissions, project structures, metadata and workflows. Experience supporting project teams and resolving ProjectWise user and administration issues. A good understanding of Common Data Environments and information and document management processes. Experience working within engineering, infrastructure, construction or another complex project delivery environment. A structured and methodical approach to system administration and problem solving. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of controlled information. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with project users and technical specialists. The confidence to work independently on routine administration and configuration while recognising when more complex changes require wider technical input. An interest in developing your knowledge beyond ProjectWise and gaining experience across a broader project technology and information management environment.
This role would suit an established ProjectWise or CDE administrator who wants to broaden their experience rather than simply continue operating a single system in isolation. Within AtkinsRéalis, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced information management, CDE and digital specialists and gain exposure to different projects, clients, delivery environments and technologies. Over time, the role provides scope to develop deeper expertise in ProjectWise administration and configuration, while also broadening into areas such as information management, CDE implementation, digital delivery, automation and wider project technology.
