Projects Associate/Senior Associate - Bristol

Chadwick Nott is excited to announce an opportunity with a prominent Top 100 law leading law firm with an excellent reputation in the Bristol market.

This Bristol heavyweight are looking for an experienced Projects lawyer to join their dynamic team in their Commercial and Infrastructure Department. You will focus on complex PFI and PPP contract work across sectors such as Health, Education, Social Care, Police, Fire Service, Leisure and Culture, Housing, Office Accommodation, Highways, and Street Lighting.

The thriving PFI/PPP team advises both public and private sectors, collaborating with government departments on high-profile projects. In addition, they also handle high-value outsourcing, managed services contracts, joint ventures, and more, across the UK and internationally.

Role Overview

As part of our team, you will:

  • Lead complex projects and commercial transactions
  • Manage existing PFI and PPP contracts
  • Advise clients on PPP expiry and future service arrangements
  • Support and develop junior team members
  • Engage in business development initiatives


Ideal Candidate

  • 6-8 years PQE with experience in PFI or PPP contracts
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver clear, precise advice
  • Practical and commercial approach to legal issues
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
