Key Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of several Skyports projects. This includes, but would not be limited to:

• Tracking work packages and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders
• Building and maintaining collaborative project plans
• Supporting with a range of project tasks, from financial and reporting admin, to deploying with operational teams
• Executing on projects, including report writing, developing lessons learned to constantly improve, and analysing overall performance against KPIs

There will also be scope to support general business efforts, including:

• Preparation of grant-funding and tender applications and business development materials
• Supporting operations and deployments
• Improving our financial tracking and reporting processes
• Monitoring industry developments and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

• You are a university graduate with an outstanding academic track record, experience shaping/managing projects and demonstrable commercial acumen
• You have experience working in a technical business environment
• You have between 1-4 years of experience in project management, business development, strategy or consulting roles, preferably in a technical setting
• Experience working in emerging and ambiguous project management environments
• Experience working on complex, rapidly developing projects with multiple stakeholders
