Overview

Projects and Planning Manager (Manufacturing). Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Progression + Health Insurance + Company Benefits. Location: Cheltenham.

The Role

• Manage and deliver multiple bespoke automation projects from concept to completion
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across departments
• Oversee quality, budgets, KPIs, and client communication
• Ensure FAT readiness and support installations across the UK and occasionally abroad
• Supervise workshop and fabrication teams, driving continuous improvement
• Report directly to the board and contribute to strategic planning

The Person

• Experienced Projects and Planning Manager (Multi-project handling)
• Skilled in Microsoft Project and ERP systems or similar (SAP advantageous)
• Commutable to Cheltenham
