Job description

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Completely care is looking for dedicated Project Workers to support individuals experiencing homelessness across Swansea. In this role, you’ll work directly with service users to help them move toward independence, safety, and stability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing one-to-one support to individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Supporting service users with housing applications, benefits, budgeting, and accessing community services
  • Helping individuals work towards personalised support plans
  • Managing safeguarding concerns and promoting wellbeing
  • Working alongside local services, support agencies, and internal teams
  • Encouraging independence and helping clients build essential life skills
Requirements:

To apply, you must have at least 6 months of UK experience in a similar support role such as:

  • Homelessness or Housing support worker
  • Hostel or temporary accommodation worker
  • Substance misuse or Mental health support worker
  • Domestic abuse support worker
  • Community outreach worker

You should also be confident working with vulnerable adults, have strong communication skills, and be able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. You will also need an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
