We're looking for a Project Worker to support residents within a 9-bed, all-male ex-offender unit. You'll work with men on licence under probation, helping them reintegrate into the community through tailored support, workshops, and practical day-to-day assistance.

Job Title: Project Worker - Ex-Offender Unit

Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 9 residents, delivering key work sessions and support plans.
  • Carry out welfare and safety checks, and write reports and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with probation, housing, and external agencies.
  • Handle repairs, calls, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in key working and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
  • Knowledge of housing, probation, or support services.
  • IT literate (Inform system experience ideal).
