  • Community Living Job reference: AHSS00311D1AGE Location: Community Living, Rhyl Salary: Grade 5, £14.35 - £15.56 per hour (subject to validation) Hours: 30 per week (Day/Nights) Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 16th December 2025

To support each individual to meet their goals and outcomes using a person centred approach.

We are looking for energetic and motivated staff who want a challenge.

Staff will need to adapt and learn what the support works for the individual citizens, ensuring choice and control is at the forefront of all support delivered.

The successful candidate can expect to work at least two waking nights per week making the remainder of their hours up during the day and covering annual leave for other night workers.

A typical night shift would be from 11pm until 9am of which 7 hours will be paid an enhanced pay rate.

Qualifications and Requirements

Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and registration with Social Care Wales.
