About the Role

As a Project Worker, you’ll work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with day-to-day needs, including housing, benefits, and healthcare access.
  • Develop tailored support plans and regularly review progress with clients.
  • Advocate for individuals with local authorities and other support services.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all safeguarding and confidentiality policies are followed.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
About You
  • Experience working with people facing homelessness, complex needs, or social exclusion.
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Knowledge of housing systems, benefits, and local support networks is an advantage.
  • A valid enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
