Overview

As part of the Transformation Programme Management Office (PMO) you’ll play a key role in driving forward projects and programmes that will help shape the future of West Northamptonshire Council. What you will be doing

As a Project Support Officer you’ll help deliver transformative projects that make a real impact across West Northamptonshire Council. Working within a fast-paced Programme Management Office (PMO), you’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, support project delivery, and grow your professional skills by:

  • Supporting project and programme managers in delivering successful outcomes.
  • Working closely with senior leaders, including senior managers and directors.
  • Building strong relationships with partner organisations.
  • Contributing to governance and assurance activities across programmes.
  • Advising on project standards, tools, and processes.
  • Exploring and implementing new ways of working to improve delivery.
