This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICSC).
Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Acute Care Collaborative have come together as part of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) as an Acute Provider Collaborative (APC) to invest in Electronic Patient Record (EPR) functionality. This is to meet the needs of our whole ICSP population, recognising that the organisation of clinical care needs to change and develop radically in order to meet the challenges we face.
A Project Support Officer is required to support the Programme Management Team. The post holder will provide all aspects of project support and make a significant contribution to the smooth running of the Programme.
Support the programme team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks is planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
