Overview

Strategic Change is working in partnership with Senior Leaders to deliver a number of projects and programmes in support of Liverpool 2031 and other strategic priorities and has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Project Support Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team of Project Managers and Support Officers ensuring successful co-ordination of project support activity including the creation of core documentation, communications, governance, and reporting.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a number of projects within the Strategic Change portfolio, ranging from assisting with requirements gathering workshops to managing enquiries from stakeholders.
  • Be enthusiastic, organised, adaptable and self-motivated with a proven track record of supporting busy teams in delivering a first-class service.
Qualifications
  • Degree (or equivalent qualification) or relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and balance multiple priorities across a wide range of activities.
  • Commitment to professional integrity and a positive attitude to change and the opportunities presented by exploring new ways of working.
