The role requires coordination of meetings, document management, and administrative support.   • Support the Contracts Manager with document distribution.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Administrator / Projects Support Coordinator for 2 build projects in Oxford. The successful candidate will split their time between 2 sites, in close proximity. Contracts will run for a further 18 months to 2 years, therefore, freelance applications will be considered.

  • Produce letters, reports, and memos as required, using Microsoft Office packages, and software systems.
  • Arrange and support construction meetings and events, including accommodation arrangements as required.
  • Collate monthly Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) figures.
  • Assist in the production of site setup and Plot handover packs.
  • Support the Contracts Manager with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain.
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system.
  • Be familiar with the Company's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
  • Support the technical team with site documentation distribution.
