A prominent energy provider is seeking a Project Supervisor for the Sea Link project to manage site-based construction activities. This on-site role in East Anglia offers a competitive salary between £47,000 - £55,000 plus a bonus and benefits. Candidates should have extensive construction experience, project management skills, and familiarity with CDM regulations.
As the UK moves away from fossil fuels and increases clean energy generation, which is largely offshore, we need to connect electricity in new places.
Sea Link is a proposed electricity transmission network reinforcement between Kent and Suffolk, via a new, primarily offshore two gigawatt high voltage direct current (HVDC) link.
To bring the power from the subsea cables into and out of the electricity network, we would need to build new onshore infrastructure including converter stations, substations and new underground and overhead electricity lines, as well as upgrading existing overhead electricity lines.
As a Project Supervisor for Sea Link, you'll enact the role of Site Supervisor / Engineers Representative on behalf of the client ensuring that the site-based construction activities across National Grid are efficiently managed in accordance with National Grid policies, procedures and contract. Sea Link has been designed to increase the capability of the network to carry low carbon and renewable energy to two million homes and businesses across the country. That’s a job anyone can be proud of!
This role is based on-site in East Anglia.
A competitive salary between £47,000 - £55,000 - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.

Whatever your role, wherever you work with us, you’ll help us hit stretching targets and achieve our far‑reaching goal: to secure, clean energy that supports our world far into the future. Here, you will be at the heart of energy.
This role closes on 17 November 2025 at 23:59, however we encourage candidates to submit their application as early as possible and not wait until the published closing date as this can vary. Interviews to be held early December.
